Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000 base annual salary (Commensurate with licensure type, clinical specialization, and experience)

Ignitus Recovery is an emerging, mission-driven organization providing premier residential and outpatient treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician (Therapist) to provide high-quality care across our Cherry Hills Recovery and Boulder Hills Recovery locations. This unique role allows you to collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team, shape an expanding program from the ground up, and utilize client-centered, trauma-informed evidence-based frameworks to drive authentic, long-term recovery outcomes.
Program Innovation: Play a tangible, influential role in designing and expanding clinical programming for a growing startup organization.
True Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work directly alongside highly experienced, mission-driven clinical, medical, and operations leadership.
Comprehensive Care Focus: Deliver meaningful therapeutic impacts across multiple levels of care (residential and outpatient).
Professional Alignment: Receive consistent leadership backing, clinical case consultation, and pathways for career development.
Clinical Assessments: Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic impressions, risk screenings, and ASAM-aligned evaluations.
Therapeutic Interventions: Facilitate high-quality individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to substance use and co-occurring disorders.
Treatment Planning: Formulate, implement, and dynamically update individualized treatment plans based on direct client progress and measurable goals.
Compliance & Documentation: Maintain pristine clinical documentation within the EHR system in strict compliance with state regulatory and insurance standards.
Continuity of Care: Manage clinical discharge planning, formulate robust aftercare recommendations, and coordinate with external support structures.
Milieu Collaboration: Participate in weekly multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure consistent care alignment and safety protocols.
Required:
Education: Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
Licensure: Active Colorado state license in good standing: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or CAS (Licensed Addiction Counselor / Certified Addiction Specialist). Active candidates near full licensure (LPCC, LSW) with deep SUD experience may be considered.
Experience: Proven track record providing direct clinical therapy within residential, PHP, IOP, or outpatient substance use disorder (SUD) or co-occurring mental health settings.
Clinical Knowledge: Strong operational proficiency with ASAM criteria, DSM-5 diagnostic frameworks, and evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, or EMDR).
Technical: Comfortable utilizing electronic health records (EHR/EMR) systems for streamlined charting.
Preferred Skills & Competencies:
Advanced training in trauma-responsive therapies and crisis-de-escalation frameworks.
Bilingual fluency (English / Spanish) is highly valued.
Strong workplace autonomy, emotional stability, and collaborative communication style.
